Ken Rickard built his first web site in 1995 while teaching at the University of Arkansas. He has helped develop corporate online strategies and served on the planning and development teams for some of the first newspaper sites built with Drupal. He began contributing to Drupal core with version 4.7, and presented on the nascent field of enterprise Drupal at DrupalCon in Sunnyvale and Barcelona in 2007.
As the Director of Development and Professional Services at Chicago firm Palantir.net, Ken oversees the planning, development and deployment of Drupal and web applications. Some of their clients include Public Radio International, Foreign Affairs, the University of Minnesota, and the Field Museum.
